Shipping Policy

Domestic/International Shipping Policy

All orders are placed on the Altar specifically for you, and ship within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

If there is any situation that may cause delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on your zipcode and displayed at checkout. 


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). International orders will also come with a tracking number. 


Damages

We pack and protect our products but shipping damage can still happen.

Product that arrives damaged will be reshipped at no charge. Just email us at orders[at]ayabliss.com within 24 hours of delivery and kindly include a photo of the damage.
